GT in FBISD

Identified Gifted and Talented (GT) students in grades K–12 receive differentiated instruction from GT-trained teachers across the core content areas of English language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. Services are integrated into the instructional day—ranging from cluster grouping in primary grades to advanced coursework (AAC and AP) in secondary grades—ensuring continuous academic challenge and growth tailored to students' advanced abilities. Depending on grade level, students may also access specialized advanced programming, academy pathways, and district mentorship opportunities.
